List of Prohibited Items for Shipping
This page provides detailed information on the items you can and cannot transport to specific destinations.
For safety and security reasons, certain items are classified as Dangerous Goods and cannot be transported with your unaccompanied baggage.
- Compressed gasses (flammable, non-flammable or poisonous) such as butane, propane, aqualung
- Perfumes, aftershaves, air fresheners & deodorized sprays
- Flammable liquids such as paints, thinners and adhesives
- Flammable solids such as matches and articles that are easily ignited
- Oxidizing substances such as bleaching powders and peroxides
- Radioactive material
- Corrosive material such as mercury, acids and wet cell and lithium batteries
- Explosives such as ammunition, fireworks, flares, sparklers
- Any type of firearm & firearm parts (except telescopic sights)
- Compressed air and CO2 guns, like pistols pellet guns, rifles and ball bearing guns
- Flare and starter pistols
- Bows, cross bows and arrows
- Harpoon guns and spear guns
- Slingshots and catapults
- Industrial products such as solvents containing chemicals, which can cause fumes and corrosion
- Foodstuffs of any kind
- Printer cartridges
- Toxic and/or infectious substances such as poisons & insecticides
- Dry ice & asbestos
Other Restricted Items
- Any kind of liquids are restricted to some destinations
- Perishables, foodstuffs or beverages requiring refrigeration or other environmental control
- Plants, plant material, seeds and cut flowers
- Pornography
- Dead animals such as hunting trophies
- Toy, replica and imitation weapons
